The FB single and monthly live stream services have been repaired and are now functioning normally. Users with issues with their monthly live streams will automatically receive 3 days of compensation (maximum live stream viewers currently at 1000). If you want to check your monthly live stream expiration date, you can ask customer service. Also, re-ordering monthly live streams will not affect the service; the time will be added cumulatively.

If you haven't received a refund, please notify customer service. We will provide compensation measures for the monthly live stream service.

Do not use any "ATM transfer accounts" or "convenience store payment codes" provided by anyone, as you may be defrauded by unscrupulous individuals. iFans will not be responsible for such cases. Please seek compensation from the fraudster. If you file a lawsuit against this site due to the above factors, you may face charges of false accusation.
