For those who require an invoice, we now support "Credit Card Payment". You can also fill in the "Invoice Delivery Address" and "Recipient" on the top-up page. If you requested an invoice previously and have not yet received it, please be sure to provide us with your "Invoice Delivery Address", otherwise we won't know who to issue it to. We are currently issuing physical invoices in triplicate or duplicate.

Therefore, users who "selected to issue an invoice" during top-up must send their invoice delivery address and recipient to our email ([email protected]). The FB single and monthly live stream services have been repaired and are now functioning normally. Users with issues with their monthly live streams will automatically receive 3 days of compensation (maximum live stream viewers currently at 1000). If you want to check your monthly live stream expiration date, you can ask customer service. Also, re-ordering monthly live streams will not affect the service; the time will be added cumulatively.

Due to an internal Facebook update, "Single Live Streams" and "Monthly Live Streams" are currently not working properly. Orders placed last night that were not fulfilled will be refunded. If you haven't received a refund, please notify customer service. We will provide compensation measures for the monthly live stream service.
