Agreement Terms

Our company is a legally established limited company, providing iFans Social Marketing Platform(hereinafter referred to as "Party A") at [https://social.ifans.one]. This platform is dedicated to helping members (hereinafter referred to as "Party B") increase traffic, likes, views, and other metrics on third-party social media platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).

Since Party A's platform operates on third-party social media platforms (hereinafter referred to as "third-party platforms"), services may become unavailable due to updates or preventive measures by these third-party platforms. Members must acknowledge and fully agree to the following terms:

    After recharging funds to Party A's platform, Party B may not request a refund for any reason, except under special circumstances.
  2. 2
    Party A's services are automated and operate in partnership with multiple domestic and international vendors. From payment to order submission, everything is processed automatically by the system. Party A cannot monitor the execution status of every order. If Party B experiences unexecuted orders, please contact Party A proactively. If an order remains unexecuted for one month without Party B notifying Party A, no compensation will be provided due to unclear responsibility.

    If Party B places an order that remains unexecuted, and Party A's service becomes unavailable due to third-party platform updates for 30 days or more, Party B may request a refund from Party A.

    After Party B submits an order and it is completed, if likes, followers, or views decrease due to third-party platform updates, Party A will make every effort to arrange supplementary services. However, since each platform update differs, if supplementation is not possible, Party B must bear this risk, and Party A will not provide compensation.

    Party B must understand that purchasing Party A's services only improves the visual appearance of numbers on third-party platforms, including but not limited to views, likes, comments, and shares. It cannot guarantee marketing effectiveness, sales rates, or quality control. Party B may not request a refund due to unmet marketing expectations.

    If Party B simultaneously purchases similar services from multiple platforms or vendors, due to unclear responsibility, Party A will not provide compensation or refunds for unexecuted orders, decreased likes, followers, or views.

    Party A has operated social media services for many years without any user's submitted URL being blocked or experiencing negative effects. If such issues occur with Party B's submitted URL, Party A will not provide any compensation or refund due to unclear responsibility, and Party B must bear the risk.

    Party A's platform is fully automated. If Party B makes errors in quantity or URL entry due to negligence, Party A cannot provide refunds. However, if the order has not been executed, Party A may assist in canceling the order for Party B to resubmit.

    The "estimated start time" and "estimated daily execution quantity" provided by Party A's services are for reference only. Third-party platforms may update at any time, causing service delays. This is force majeure. Party A cannot guarantee completion timelines, and Party B may not request refunds due to delays.

    Party A encourages positive content. Party B may not use Party A's platform for negative operations. If problems arise, Party A reserves the right to seek compensation from Party B or deduct points.

    Party A's platform clearly states "do not order the same type of service for the same URL simultaneously." If Party B places multiple orders for the same URL and service type, causing execution errors, Party A will try to assist with order cancellation. If cancellation is not possible, Party B may not request any compensation or refund.

    For warranty services mentioned for certain items (such as supplementary likes, followers, views within days), Party B must meet the following conditions to request supplementation:

    • "Current quantity" must not be lower than "pre-execution quantity"
    • "Completed quantity" minus "current quantity" must not exceed "purchased quantity"
    • The order URL must not have purchased similar services from other vendors
    • Final determination of warranty eligibility is at Party A's discretion
    • If supplementation is not possible within the warranty period, Party A may refund partial points to Party B's account at its discretion

    For services specifying "designated country" or "real users," Party B may not use personal judgment to claim that executed content, traffic, or likes are from "fake accounts" or countries other than specified, and request refunds on such basis.

    Third-party platforms may update at any time, potentially causing service cost increases and higher prices. Party B may not request refunds due to Party A's price increases.
  15. 15
    In case of disputes, both parties shall communicate and coordinate in good faith.

    Party A reserves the right of final interpretation.
  17. 17
    When Party B recharges funds to Party A's platform and payment is successful, it is deemed that Party B fully agrees to Party A's agreement.
Using this platform's services implies you have read and agreed to the above terms.
